We provide vital support services for older people across Herefordshire & South Worcestershire, including: Information and advice, Money and benefits advice, Befriending, Digital Support, Foot care, Dementia Support, Home from hospital service, gardening and homeworking service, plus a wide range of activities and events. The service relies on volunteers to help offer vital services and activities in the local community - open to anyone 16plus.
