The Dementia Wellbeing Service is dedicated to empowering individuals with dementia and their carers by providing compassionate, person-centered support that enhances quality of life. - We see the person, not the dementia and strive to help each individual maintain their independence, dignity and joy throughout their journey. Through personalised emotional and practical support, we ensure clients have a trusted companion who understands their needs. - We are committed to offering access to therapeutic programs proven to slow the progression of dementia, as well as opportunities for social engagement through our dementia cafes and stimulation therapies. Our vision is to create a community where people with dementia can live fully and thrive, supported by meaningful relationships and tailored resources that foster wellbeing and connection. - Our Advisors are at the end of a phone or if required can visit our clients at home. We will provide support and direction from the time a person is diagnosed till they no longer need us; this can be a few months or a few years we are here to help.
