Directory of Services - CAMHS - Herefordshire and Worcestershire Health and Care NHS Trust

A universal Directory of Services for mental health for Children and Young People (CYP) for professional use. Its purpose is to provide a consistent way of describing levels of need for children and young people, using the iThrive model to ensure a shared language and understanding of mental health and wellbeing support across all settings. The directory brings together mental health and wellbeing services available to children and young people in Herefordshire and Worcestershire, including provision from health services, local authorities, the VCSE sector, and regional or national organisations.
