YMCA is the oldest and largest youth charity in the world, set up by Sir George Williams in England in 1844. Across England and Wales, we run as a federation with 133 local YMCAs working independently to support young people to belong, contribute and thrive in their communities. YMCA Worcestershire is an independent christian charity working to transform communities in Worcestershire. Our mission is to enable all people to live, learn and share to build a brighter future in mind body and spirit. What we do: Accommodation - We offer a range of accommodation for young people from self-contained flats to supported accommodations. Family Work - We deliver high quality childcare including day nurseries, holiday clubs and before and afterschool clubs. Young People - We provide an array of youth activities including youth clubs, NCS and Football Camps. Community Spaces - Our centres create a community hub providing a range of activities and spaces available. Employment and Skills Training - We offer a range of services and resources to support people in finding employment and training. Venue Hire - We have a range of rooms available across the county for meetings, training days we can provide refreshments and parking on all of our sites.
