The Old Needle Works Foundation

We are a wellbeing centre in the heart of Redditch, with a focus on positive mental health. Our passion is helping people feel emotionally well, enjoy their lives, and reach their full potential. Within our building, there is a range of organisations who work together to support people of all ages with life’s complications and curve balls, including our wellbeing coaches who provide 121 talking therapy and support groups. In our 1-2-1 sessions and support groups, we use a trauma informed approach and evidence-based interventions to help people heal from early life experiences. We work with children, young people and adults so that they can break free from their past and self-limiting beliefs, to live to their potential. In addition to our courses and Community Learning Program co-ordinated by The Old Needle Works Foundation, our hub has spaces and units available to rent, hire and lease. Community and Well Being Cafe
