Redditch & Bromsgrove Talking Newspaper is published every Friday for people with impaired vision, other sensory problems and disabilities. It is available free, every Friday, by post [USB Stick], online, smartphone & tablet app Alexa, Google & Dial-in The Talking News Federation (TNF) is an umbrella organisation representing the interests of over 300 UK based Talking Newspapers (TNs) that produce talking news recordings for the blind and visually impaired. Established as a charity in 2005, the Talking News Federation supports, represents and helps to develop the work of all local UK Talking News organisations whilst assisting with the formation of new Talking News groups countrywide. Since 2005, each year, over 9,000 volunteers produce the Talking Newspapers and magazines for 25,000 Listeners who enjoy receiving their local recording each week. This equates to over 1,054 newspapers and magazines being recorded annually by the Talking News around the UK. Talking News Federation Members can access a wide range of information on this site, once you have logged in. The membership login is show in the footer. Both the Talking News Federation and local Talking News are run entirely by volunteers. Further information on how you can volunteer with us, or your local Talking News, can be found here. Local Talking Newspapers and Magazines provide blind and visually impaired Listeners with a range of interesting local news, magazine articles and information on what is happening in their area.
