Worcester Community Trust is a registered charity that runs six community hubs in the city of Worcester providing crucial facilities for community use, as well as activities and services that empower people of all ages. Our Hubs: * THE GREEN HUB * THE TOLLY HUB * HORIZON HUB * RONKSWOOD HUB * WARNDON HUB * KGV HUB Our Projects: Through our projects we provide support and opportunities to people across Worcester and the surrounding counties. COMMUNITY CONNECTORS - Community Connectors provides a range of social and wellbeing group activities, to support people who may be experiencing either social isolation or low-level stress and anxiety. DAWN - DAWN is a free, confidential, non-judgemental support service for any individual who is experiencing, or has experienced, domestic abuse. ENERGY & WELFARE SUPPORT - Supporting people with managing their income & debt, Council Tax & housing benefits, pension credits, energy & utilities debt, energy efficiency and more. JOY - A women-only wellbeing group that provides support to enable women to gain a variety of skills, enhance their confidence and empower them to make their own informed decisions. PLUS - People Like Us (PLUS) is a service that works across Worcestershire to support people of all ages who are experiencing loneliness or isolation. SNACK & CHAT - Our Snack & Chat lunch clubs offer companionship and activities around a healthy, home cooked two-course meal and a hot drink. THE BUILDING BLOCK - The Building Block provide a range of DIY skills daytime and evening courses including bricklaying, plumbing, plastering and multi-skills. YOUTH SERVICES - Our fantastic youth team run a programme of after school and youth clubs, as well as a Kids Play during the Summer holidays.
